The enemy, satan, did not “take away” humanity’s authority in the earth, at least not in the way it’s commonly said that he did. Psalm 8 attests to the fact that humanity continued in the same mandate after Eden.
Because of the fall through disobedience to divine directive and functional spiritual order, satan was able to insert himself as an overlord, a “middle manager” so to speak. Due to the original mandate of Genesis 1:26-28 though, he still has to work through darkened humanity which is his only claim in the earth realm.
So, what happens when he’s lost claim and control over those who have come into the New Man?
